Jewett Automotive to renovate Orleans Toyota
Jewett Automotive Design & Construction, a division of Raymond, NH-based Jewett Construction Company, Inc., has contracted with Orleans Toyota for a renovation to its dealership.
Designed by Port One Architects, the project includes 3,400 s/f of exterior renovations to comply with Toyota branding upgrade requirements. Exterior façade upgrades include new ACM panels, new entry tower, signage and paint.
Jewett Automotive Design & Construction specializes in design/build auto dealership facilities, auto dealership additions, auto dealership renovations and auto dealership fit-ups all across New England.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
