JLL Capital Markets appoints Quinn director of the investment and sales advisory retail team

Boston, MA JLL Capital Markets have appointed Alex Quinn as director in the Boston office’s investment and sales advisory retail team. Quinn will report to Chris Angelone, senior managing director, retail group leader and Boston office co-head and partner with director Zach Nitsche.

“We are excited to welcome Alex Quinn to our Boston team,” said Angelone. “Alex’s extensive experience in retail leasing and investment sales, particularly in the New England market, will be a valuable asset to our clients.” 

Quinn brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate expertise to JLL, previously serving as senior associate at Marcus & Millichap in Boston, where he focused on multi-tenant retail and net leased properties in New England. His prior roles at CBRE and The Dartmouth Company involved high-profile retail leasing and tenant representation, specializing in expanding fashion brands, restaurants, and fitness concepts throughout Boston.

“I’m thrilled to join JLL’s best-in-class retail Capital Markets team in Boston,” Quinn said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience and market knowledge to deliver strategic solutions, assist with merchandising and leasing decisions and maximize value for our clients.” 

A long-term Boston native and chairman of Boston ICSC NextGen, Quinn holds a BA in Economics and Civil War History from Hobart College, he is trilingual in English, French and Spanish.
