With 22 years of experience in both new construction and service operations across the electrical, HVAC, and controls industries, Millyan is poised to enhance JM Electrical’s operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Millyan brings extensive expertise in project coordination, project management, service operations, and general management to her new role. Her career progression demonstrates a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence, having held various management positions with local electrical, HVAC, and controls contractors.
With her understanding of both field operations and executive management, she is uniquely qualified for her role as process improvement manager, which will encompass analyzing current workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategic improvements to enhance JM Electrical’s service delivery and operational performance.
