Jones Lang LaSalle hires five for suburban brokerage team

As part of the firm's continued commitment to build a leading brokerage team with expanded coverage throughout Greater Boston, Jones Lang LaSalle added five leasing experts: Matthew Daniels as managing director, Christopher Lawrence and Brian Tisbert as senior vice presidents, Christopher Decembrele and Andrew Whipple as vice presidents. They will specialize in representing tenants, owners and investors in the leasing and sale of office, research and development, and industrial space throughout the Boston suburbs.
Daniels joins Jones Lang LaSalle from Colliers International and brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He has worked with numerous landlords and tenants including: Equity Office Properties, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, and Divco. Daniels was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle, and will utilize his experience to grow the firm's presence along Rtes. 128 and 495.
Lawrence, Tisbert, Decembrele and Whipple also come to Jones Lang LaSalle from Colliers. They bring a wide range of experience executing/and have recently executed/completed lease and sale transactions with numerous dedicated clients.

Lawrence is a graduate of Tufts University, and is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and Commercial Brokers Association (BCA). Tisbert graduated from the University of Connecticut, and is a member of the GBREB and CBA. Decembrele has a bachelors degree from Tufts, and is a member of the GBREB and CBA. Whipple gained his bachelors degree from Trinity College and is a member of GBREB and CBA.
