Kane Company leases 10,000 s/f to Consolidated Electrical Distributors
Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. (CED) has leased 10,000 s/f of retail space at 151 Portland Ave. in the former Ralph Pill building across from Guppey Park. CED is an automation and electric control wholesaler. The company offers a wide array of electrical products for use in residential and commercial construction, industrial facilities, and factory automation.
Jean Kane of The Kane Company represented the lessor, PFP Associates, Ltd., and procured the tenant.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
