Kane Company leases 10,000 s/f to Consolidated Electrical Distributors

Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. (CED) has leased 10,000 s/f of retail space at 151 Portland Ave. in the former Ralph Pill building across from Guppey Park. CED is an automation and electric control wholesaler. The company offers a wide array of electrical products for use in residential and commercial construction, industrial facilities, and factory automation. Jean Kane of The Kane Company represented the lessor, PFP Associates, Ltd., and procured the tenant.
