Kane represented both the tenant, John Deere Landscapes, Inc., and the landlord, Pugliano Realty.
In another transaction Kane negotiated the 3,300 s/f lease at 306 Race St., Holyoke to Systems Coordinated Services Inc. (Providence Pre-Natal Center). The former home of Charles Koegels & Sons Company, direclty across the canal from the new MIT/ UMass Massachusetts Green High Performance Computer Center, is being renovated from a 18,447 s/f manufacturing facility to a first class office building. Kane represented both the tenant and the lessor, Cunningham Equities, LLC.
