Kane of the Maestro Fund acquires 60,000 s/f

Katherine Williams Kane, CCIM, SIOR, manager and founder of The Maestro Fund and Paul Natalizio, CCIM, principal of Cornerstone Realty Associates have completed the sale of 60,000 s/f of fully leased office condominium space. The Maestro Fund acquired the property for its private equity and institutional investors.  Cornerstone oversaw the financing and due diligence requirements.   Kane and Natalizio are members of the New England chapter of CCIM. Kane is the first female member of SIOR in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts, where she is licensed
