David Kaplan of Davenport Realty Commercial Division has leased 1,840 s/f to Card$mart at Yarmouth Crossing owned by Route 28 Realty Trust. Card$mart sells greeting cards, gifts and party supplies.
Card$mart proprietor Annmarie Russell, Davenport Building Company and the Town of Yarmouth worked together to transform the space from a pack and ship company into a value priced gift and card shop.
In another transaction at Yarmouth Crossing, Kaplan leased 1,400 s/f to Amcomm Wireless - Premium Verizon Retailer.
Amcomm, Davenport and the Town of Yarmouth worked together to go from lease to opening in six weeks, transforming a closed laundromat into a modern showroom.
Other tenants at Yarmouth Crosing include Shaw's Supermarket, Citizen's Bank, Registry of Motor Vehicles, AutoZone, Blockbuster, Good Morning Cafe and Yarmouth Jewelers.
