Jamie Karam, vice president of First Bristol Corp. has negotiated a 17,000 s/f long-term lease at 310 West Main Rd. on a 3.5 acre parcel to Clare Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Newport.
First Bristol is renovating the former Ford dealership to include new service areas, car salons and separate waiting areas for both children and adults.
"We are extremely happy to be able to reuse this existing building and bring jobs back to Middletown during difficult economic times," said Karam, First Bristol.
Brian Clark of Clark Properties Group represented the landlord.
Clare automotive is a 50 year-old family business led by Kevin Clare.
