Keefe and Lindland of HK Group sell Brooks Brothers building for $7.6 million

Matthew Keefe and David Lindland of HK Group were the sole brokers for the sale of the Brooks Brothers at 987 Boston Post Rd. The 9,837 s/f retail store was purchased by Kleban Properties for $7.6 million. Kleban Properties is a real estate developer operating from offices throughout Fairfield County, for over 30 years. HK Group is a full service commercial real estate firm started in 1988. It has grown from a local Westport business to one which today encompasses an operating area of N.Y., Conn. and N.J.
