According to tax stamps recorded at the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $110,000.
The 61.73 acre parcel was land subject to an L-CHIP conservation easement. The buyers, Dan Kilrain and Abby Dixon, have formed The Root Cellar Farm that they will operate as a farm stand on Beech Hill Rd. and as a Community Supported Agriculture.
