Jody Keeler and Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, the Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of the Hopkinton Independent School, in the sale of Beech Hill Rd. According to tax stamps recorded at the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $110,000. The 61.73 acre parcel was land subject to an L-CHIP conservation easement. The buyers, Dan Kilrain and Abby Dixon, have formed The Root Cellar Farm that they will operate as a farm stand on Beech Hill Rd. and as a Community Supported Agriculture.
