Keeler of Concord Commercial sells 6,634 s/f office building for the NHSEA

Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial Real Estate recently sold the 6,634 s/f office building at 105 North State St. on behalf of the NH State Employees Association. The property features two full floors of refurbished office and conference space, a four car garage and additional parking for 26, all within a few blocks of the NH state capital and legislative office building. The sale price was $725,000 and the new occupants of the building are the NH Democratic Party. This sale completes the transition for the NH State Employees Association (NHSEA) who recently relocated to their 10,000 s/f newly-renovated headquarters at 207 North Main St.
