Keliher R.E. and ERA Group sell investment package for $20.8 million
Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate and Michael Carucci of ERA Group Boston have sold an investment package to Urban Meritage for $20,816,864.
The package included 11,500 s/f of retail condominiums on the corner of Dartmouth and Newbury St., located at 144 Newbury St and 265-275 Dartmouth St. in the Back Bay.
The buildings are tenanted by Paparazzi, Madura of Paris home furnishings, Salon Red and Yoshi Sushi.
The package also included 234 and 236 Clarendon St. consisting of a total square footage of 13,500 and 130 Tremont St., a six story retail/office building of over 12,500sf. anchored by Bank of America.
This may seem self-serving, and I’ll be the first to admit it. But unlike some of the artificial intelligence tools now reshaping our industry, I am fully aware of my own bias. So, hear me out. The rise of AI in commercial real estate is not a distant threat or a speculative headline.
