Keller Williams Commercial completes $320,000 sale in Goffstown

Goffstown, NH Keller Williams Commercial completed the sale of the former D’Angelo’s building at 649 Mast Rd. David Grappone of Keller Williams Commercial represented the seller, Brian McLaughlin of Bridgewater, Mass.

The buyer was SC Group Management LLC of Middlesex, Mass. and were represented by Chris Pascucci of the Masiello Group of Bedford, N.H.

SC Group Management LLC, the owner of the trademark Shaking Crab will soon open one of its Shaking Crab restaurants at this location. Currently they have locations in Quincy, Cambridge and Boston Common Mass., Upper West Side, N.Y., Clifton, N.J.

According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the consideration paid for this property was $320,000.
