Kenney joins Boylston Realty Advisors as a retail advisor
According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Ray Kenney has joined the company as an advisor focusing on expanding the company's retail brokerage business.
In the real estate business for over 24 years, Kenney's focus is on retail landlord representation, along with consulting and project leasing.
During his career, Kenney has worked with Northstar Centers, KS Partners, Supervalu, Saxon Partners, Linear Retail Properties, and many other landlords. He has completed several hundred retail lease and sale transactions. Most recently, Kenney's projects include the repositioning of Stateline Plaza in Plaistow, N.H. and the Parkman Brook Shopping Center in Stratham, N.H. for Northstar Centers.
