Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors brokers three leases totaling 5,250 s/f
Ray Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors has signed three new tenants at Shaw's Plaza on behalf of Northstar Centers, LLC. Great Clips (800 s/f), Sun Tan City (2,500 s/f) and Little Ceasar's (1,950 s/f) have all recently opened.
"Northstar continues to select tenants which offer their customers an excellent mix in their shopping centers," said Kenney. Other tenants in the center include Shaw's Supermarket, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rocky's Ace Hardware, Rite-Aid, Olympia Sports, and Panera Bread.
