Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors leases 5,000 s/f for Madison Ptnrshp.
On behalf of Madison Partnership, Ray Kenney leased 5,000 s/f of space at 711 Morrissey Blvd. to Morrissey Boulevard Wines and Liquors.
"This is a very complementary use for the center that includes CVS," said Kenney. National Wholesale Liquidators has recently re-opened adjacent to 711 Morrissey in this thriving retail area. Glen Realty introduced Morrissey Boulevard Wines and Liquors to the property.
ARC Realty Advisors, LLC is a retail leasing firm based in Boston specializing in landlord representation.
