Kenney of Donahue & Associates leases over 3,800 s/f
Winooski, VT According to Donahue & Associates, New England Medicine & Counseling, PLLC has leased 1,600 s/f at 10 East St. Kendra Kenney of Donahue & Associates assisted both parties.
Everthine Bridal Boutique has officially opened at 34 Church St. in Burlington. Kenney assisted the tenant, and Tony Blake of VT Commercial represented the landlord.
In another transaction, Artisan Vapor Company has leased 2,200 s/f at 18 Pearl St. in Burlington. Kenney assisted both parties.
Lastly, Old Soul Barber Shop has officially opened at 164 Main St., in Winooski. Kenney of Donahue & Assoc. assisted both parties.
