Kerr joins Cleveland, Waters and Bass as director of Concord office

Arthur Kerr, II has joined Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A. as a director. Kerr comes to Cleveland, Waters and Bass with over 20 years of distinguished service in international and domestic tax planning and compliance for individual and business clients worldwide. His practice also focuses on tax controversies, audits and settlements, tax planning and compliance for international assignments, and multi-state sales and tax and payroll planning and compliance. He received is B.A. from Boston University, his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
