West Bridgewater, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of West Bridgewater Plaza, a retail property. KPP vice president of leasing Don Mace represented the buyer in the $3.4 million sale.

West Bridgewater Plaza is a 133,000 s/f center located on Main St. (Rte. 28) near the Brockton line. West Bridgewater Plaza was purchased by the owner and operator of FunZ, New England’s premier indoor entertainment concept. Plans are underway for FunZ to open in the former Shaw’s space at the center.

“FunZ  (Funcity) is rapidly expanding throughout the U.S. Northeast quadrant. Current plans are to expand the chain to over 100 locations over the next five years,” Mace said. “Our client prefers acquisition but also considers leasing vacant boxes of 30,000 to 55,000 s/f. We have several other transactions pending, and are aggressively seeking sites outside the New England territory. All submitted sites will be considered.”
