Keypoint Partners negotiates 4 leases at Wayside Commons

KeyPoint Partners, LLC has negotiated four new leases at Wayside Commons. Retailers joining the tenant mix at Wayside include New York & Company, which opened at the center; Relax The Back and Massage Envy, both of which are under construction; and The Ginger Pad Asian Bistro, an existing restaurant which will be expanding. KeyPoint Partners, which has managed Wayside Commons since its opening in the fall of 2006, was named exclusive leasing agent for the property.
Tenants at the 196,000 s/f village-style lifestyle center include Ann Taylor Loft, Arhaus Furniture, Bag 'n Baggage, The Beauty Cafe, Blue Tulip, Cacique, The Capital Grille, CitiBank, Cold Stone Creamery, Coldwater Creek, Connect, Domain Home, For Eyes, Ginger Pad, Green Tangerine Spa & Salon, Jared The Galleria of Jewelry, Justice Just for Girls, Lane Bryant, L.L. Bean, New Balance, Not Your Average Joe's, Omaha Steaks, Total Fitness, and West Elm. The three remaining leasing opportunities at the center range from 1,680 s/f to 3,180 s/f.
Wayside Commons, located adjacent to 128/95 on Wayside Rd. and South Bedford St. near Rte. 3A (Exit 33A).
The five buildings at Wayside Commons follow a village-style design, with brick sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly walkways with outdoor benches and gazebos, and a double waterfall feature.
