KeyPoint Partners negotiates sale of 12,340 s/f retail asset in Reading

Reading, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of 39-45 Walkers Brook Dr. for an undisclosed price. KPP vice president of investment sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller.

39-45 Walkers Brook Dr. is a 12,340 s/f multi-tenant trophy retail asset located near Jordan’s Furniture, Market Basket, Home Depot, and Stop & Shop in a retail area, less than ¼ mile from I-95. The building is fully tenanted by Longhorn Steakhouse and Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizzeria.

“We’re proud to have negotiated the sale of this asset,” said Aron. “39-45 Walkers Brook Dr. is a high-quality property housing two well-performing restaurant tenants. The investment offers excellent value for the new owner.”
