KeyPoint Partners negotiates sale of 13,278 s/f retail property

Greenfield, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of 5 Pierce St. KPP vice president of investment sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.

5 Pierce St. is a 13,278 s/f retail property which is leased to Walgreens through July, 2030. The building is located at the signalized corner of Pierce and Federal Sts., in the county seat and commercial hub of Franklin County, within the busy Federal St. retail corridor.

“5 Pierce St. is a high-quality property located in Greenfield’s busy retail node,” Aron said. “It represents an excellent asset for the new owner.”
