KeyPoint Partners signs 18,474 s/f lease to WOW!

KeyPoint Partners has negotiated a sublease with WOW! WorkOut World for an 18,474 s/f retail space at Pawcatuck Shopping Center. Vice president of leasing Don Mace negotiated the transaction on behalf of client Stop & Shop, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the firm. Pawcatuck Shopping Center is a convenience-oriented center with a variety of local tenants and a Rite Aid pharmacy, located at 37 South Broad St. WOW! WorkOut World is a locally-based fitness company with locations throughout New England.
