KeyPoint Partners to manage and lease Enfield Square
Enfield, CT KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been awarded the property management and leasing contract for Enfield Square, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the firm. Vice president of leasing Don Mace will handle leasing for the property.
Enfield Square is a 787,000 s/f regional mall on Elm St. located at the center of a major retail node between exits 47 and 48 (Hazard Ave. and Elm St) on Rte. 191. The center is anchored by Target and Rave Cinemas Enfield 12.
“Enfield Square is a prime location in a vibrant retail market,” Lemons said. “With two productive anchors, it provides an excellent remerchandising or redevelopment opportunity.”
