KeyPoint Partners to manage and lease Lorden Plaza in Milford
Milford, NH KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been awarded the contract to manage and lease Lorden Plaza, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the firm. Vice president of leasing Don Mace is handling leasing for the assignment.
Lorden Plaza is a 148,000 s/f shopping center on Nashua St. (Rte. 101A). The center is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Tenants include GNC, Subway, U.S. Cellular, and H&R Block.
