Sean Kimmins, Fulcrum Associates

Amherst, NH Fulcrum has welcomed Sean Kimmins in the role of estimator. With over 19 years of progressive experience that includes both residential and commercial construction, he brings a comprehensive and diverse skill set to his new position at Fulcrum.   

Educated at Wentworth University in Boston, Kimmins gained experience in construction working as an assistant project manager at Massachusetts-based construction management firms, such as Suffolk Special Projects and later on as a project manager for Congress Construction.

On the Fulcrum team, Kimmins will be involved in pre-construction and all aspects of estimating to ensure thorough scopes and accurate pricing in an efficient, timely manner while working closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors and members of the team to further all aspects of estimating for Fulcrum Associates.
