The property consists of four 2 and 1/2 story brick apartment buildings containing 60 residential units located on 6.9 acres with frontage on Rte. 10 near the Easthampton and Southampton town line. The sale was negotiated by King who represented both parties in the transaction.
In another transaction, King negotiated the $425,000 sale of a 6,248 s/f building located at 10 West State St. (Rte. 202), Granby. The grantor is NAFCA, Inc. and the grantee is Town of Granby.
The property consists of a one and a half story masonry fraternal type building.
