King & Newton brokers 5,670 s/f $690,000 sale

Marty Kane of King & Newton, LLC has negotiated the $690,000 sale of 1272 Memorial Dr., a 5,670 s/f one-story free standing retail building, known as Breakers Bar and Restaurant. The property was sold to DTSJ, LLC by BCD Holdings, Inc.
