King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate brokered the $900,000 sale of the 12,000 s/f medical office building located at 70 Court St. in the center of Westfield just one block from Noble Hospital. The property was sold to Briarwood Ten, LLC. The seller was WSL Realty, LLC. Thomas King, CCIM and Richard Samberg of King & Newton negotiated the sale.
In another transaction, King negotiated the sale of the 6,658 s/f office building at 451 Russell St. for $585,000 to Growing Tree. Agan Insurance Agency was the seller.
