King, Wagner and Chin join Woodard & Curran's board of directors

Douglas Mc-Keown, CEO and chairman of the board of directors, said that
former governor Angus King and business executives Bruce Wagner
and Carolyn Chin have joined Woodard & Curran's board of directors.
McKeown said, "We are delighted and honored that these three individuals will serve on our board. Each brings experience that will help us
achieve our strategic goals, meet our growth objectives, and support the
unique culture we cherish here at Woodard & Curran."
King, two-term independent governor of Maine from 1995 to 2003,
has 30 years of experience as an attorney and 20 years' experience in
energy conservation and alternative energy. He is currently Of Counsel
with Bernstein Shur of Portland, and is a lecturer at Bates College and
Bowdoin College.
Bruce Wagner is president of Traverse CEO, providing executive
management support to firms. He spent most of his career in executive
management at WR Grace and is currently on the board of directors at the
Mercy Health System of Maine.
Carolyn Chin is CEO of CeBiz, a consulting and invest- ment firm. She has held executive positions with IBM, Reuters, Citibank, and AT&T. She
served on the board of directors of CH2M Hill from 2003-2009 and was
appointed a White House Fellow.
