Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial sells 6,500 s/f office building for $1.21m
According to Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial Real Estate in Orleans, DAB Real Estate Trust has sold an office building directly adjacent to the Barnstable County municipal complex to the Swift Realty Trust. The building is located on Main St. and was sold for $1.21 million.
The transaction was facilitated by Sue Hurley and Nat Santoro of Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial who represented the seller, and Ross Joly of Coldwell Banker Joly, McAbee & Weinert who represented the buyer.
The 6,500 s/f building is currently occupied by the Barnstable County district attorney's office, and through a new lease, will continue in that capacity. The DA's office is happy to be able to use this space, as the location is ideal for transacting business in the municipal complex directly behind.
