According to Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial Real Estate in Orleans, Michael and Susan Ferro have sold the Eastham Lobster Pool restaurant to James and Katherine Kryzanski.
The long time local favorite restaurant is located on Rte. 6 and was sold for $815,000. The transaction was facilitated by Nat Santoro of Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial who represented both the buyers and sellers.
The 5,300 s/f building has a seating capacity of 175, and has additional outdoor seating areas. There are also two separate outbuildings on the property, one of which has been formerly leased as retail space.
The new owners are currently working to renovate the interior of the restaurant, including the installation of an "open concept" kitchen. This work, along with a state of the art septic system and central A/C installed by the previous owners, will keep this Eastham summer tradition going for years to come.
