According to Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial Real Estate in Orleans, Turnstone Enterprises has sold The Tinderbox to James Sullivan of East Sandwich. The well known national franchise is located in Mashpee Commons and was sold for $175,000.
The transaction was facilitated by Greg and Cindy Holmes of Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial who represented both the buyer and seller.
The 1,200 s/f retail space focuses on the sale of cigars and smoking-related materials. In addition, the location has a smoking room and lockers for its customers. There is an additional "outlet" location at a local golf course, which was also included in the sale.
The new owner intends to continue The Tinderbox's tradition of providing customers with the finest in smoking products, and hopes to keep its loyal clientele growing.
