Kintzer of Royal Properties brokers 6,660 s/f lease to Colony Grill
Royal Properties, Inc. has brokered a 20-year lease with Colony Grill at the Nod Brook Mall Shopping Center.
Colony Grill originated in Stamford in 1935 and recently opened a new location in Fairfield. The Avon location will be filling the 6,660 s/f former 99 Restaurant space and, like the other locations, will focus on quality pizza in a family friendly environment.
Colony will be joining a prominent roster of tenants at Nod Brook, including The Fresh Market, Michael's Arts and Crafts, and Marshalls. This shopping center is located at a very high traffic location on Rtes. 44 & 208, with 29,000 cars per day. The five mile population of almost 50,000 has an average household income of $146,000.
"Colony Grill is a Connecticut institution," said Jeff Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties, Inc. who along with Craig Benson brokered this deal on behalf of the landlord. "Although this is their first location outside of Fairfield County, their strong following throughout the state will ensure tremendous success here."
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the $3.8 million sale of a mixed-use investment property located at 33-39 North Main St. and 24-25 Wallace Ave. in the town center.
