Kintzer of Royal Properties leases 4,000 s/f at Shop Rite Plaza

Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties, Inc. has leased the former Route 22 Restaurant space. Rizzuto's Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar has leased 4,000 s/f at Shop Rite Plaza located at 1980 West Main St. Rizzuto's Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar, combines warmth and hospitality with a rustic Italian menu that centers on quality ingredients, simple preparations, and great value. Shop Rite Plaza is co-tenanted with Dunkin' Donuts, Sleepy's, Angel Tips, Subway, Palm Beach Tan, Great Play, and many more. The center is located off Exit 6 on I-95 at Old Greenwich/Stamford border. There is currently 1,625 s/f and 2,073 s/f available. Kintzer represented the landlord and Jessica Curtis at Cushman & Wakefield represented the retailer in this transaction. In another transaction, Royal Properties, Inc. signed Pretty Nail Spa to a 10 year lease for 3,675 s/f in Branhaven Plaza at 1060 West Main St.in Branford. Pretty Nail Spa provides a full range of spa services. "With co-tenants like Kohl's, Big Y, The Children's Place, Payless Shoes, Justice, Jenny Craig and many more, this mom and kid friendly center is ideal for a full service nail spa," said Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties. Branhaven Plaza, owned and management by Kimco, is a 191,352 s/f shopping center. Kintzer and Kemm were the sole brokers in this transaction. Royal Properties exclusively represents Branhaven Plaza. At this time the center is 100% leased.
