Kintzer represented the landlord and Jessica Curtis at Cushman & Wakefield represented the retailer in this transaction.
In another transaction, Royal Properties, Inc. signed Pretty Nail Spa to a 10 year lease for 3,675 s/f in Branhaven Plaza at 1060 West Main St.in Branford.
Pretty Nail Spa provides a full range of spa services. "With co-tenants like Kohl's, Big Y, The Children's Place, Payless Shoes, Justice, Jenny Craig and many more, this mom and kid friendly center is ideal for a full service nail spa," said Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties. Branhaven Plaza, owned and management by Kimco, is a 191,352 s/f shopping center.
Kintzer and Kemm were the sole brokers in this transaction. Royal Properties exclusively represents Branhaven Plaza. At this time the center is 100% leased.
