Kintzer of Royal Properties signs Jimmy John’s to 2,200 s/f lease

Norwalk, CT According to Royal Properties, Inc. Jimmy John’s signed a long-term lease for a 2,200 s/f end cap with drive-thru at Sedona Plaza, 295 Westport Ave.

“Jimmy John’s is a welcome addition to Sedona Plaza. The high traffic on Westport Avenue along with the tenant mix within this center is what attracted Jimmy John’s to this location,” said Jeff Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties, Inc. who represented the landlord in this transaction and Ripco represented the retailer.

Sedona Plaza is a 23,698 s/f two level shopping center located at a signalized intersection with great frontage and tremendous visibility on Rte. 1. This center provides 120 parking spaces and is in close proximity to I-95, Rte. 7 and Rte. 15. Jimmy John’s will join Advance Auto Parts, Hawley Lane Shoes, Skybox Collectibles and more. Neighboring retailers include Stew Leonard’s, Starbucks, Orvis, Marshalls, Petco, KFC, Whole Foods, Walgreens and many more.

Royal Properties, exclusively representing the landlord, is currently marketing the last available space for lease at Sedona Plaza.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
