The Tile Shop has signed a 10 year lease for a 20,740 s/f. The Tile Shop, established in 1985, currently has locations in 25 states. This is the first location within Conn. For the last 25 year, The Tile Shop has been at the forefront of the Do It Yourself industry and with plans to have 100 stores throughout the U.S., they will continue to be the answer to those who seek only the finest tiling materials on the planet. David Hochberg of SRS represented the retailer in this transaction.

Sport Clips has signed a 5-year lease for 1,200 s/f replacing the former Scissors Sharp. Sport Clips is headquartered in Georgetown, Texas and was established in 1993. The sports-themed haircutting franchise, which specializes in haircuts for men and boys, is ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 20 "Fastest-Growing Franchises," and in the top 10% of the "Franchise 500." Dominick Musilli of RHYS respresented the retailer in this transaction.
Shop Rite Shopping Center is a 125,000 s/f center located at Exit 13 on I-95 with a signalized entrance on Rte. 1. This center provides parking for 500 cars and co-tenants include Shop Rite, UPS, GNC, GameStop, Angel Tips and many more. There is currently a 19,880 s/f facing Rte. 1 which is available for lease.
