Klemyk joins Waterstone Retail as senior vice president and national director of leasing
According to Waterstone Retail, Lee Anne Klemyk has joined as senior vice president and national director of leasing. Klemyk will be directing Waterstone's leasing activity for more than 3.5 million s/f of existing retail space and an additional 1 million s/f of space under development. Waterstone's retail portfolio includes 45 properties in the Eastern U.S. including Mass., N.H., Maine, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida.
Waterstone was recently designated as the second largest retail developer in New England by National Real Estate Investor magazine (2014).
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
