Kranicz and Garza of Vidal/Wettenstein inks lease at unit 4A at 77 South Main St.

Newtown, CT The 1,150 s/f commercial space located at 77 South Main St., Unit 4A, has officially been leased, marking another transaction in the market. The property attracted strong interest due to its prime location, accessibility, and suitability for a variety of business uses. The successful lease reflects the continued demand for quality commercial space within the business community. 

“This transaction highlights the ongoing strength of the local commercial market and the appeal of Newtown for growing businesses,” said Krisztina Kranicz and Silvester Garza.

The new tenant is expected to contribute to the area’s dynamic business environment and continued economic growth. Mark Yash with Hodson Realty represented the owner and Kranicz and Garza with Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC represented the tenant. 

“We are very excited to become part of the Newtown community,” said the owners of The Strength Lab. 

The Strength Lab will be opening at 77 South Main St. The Strength Lab will be a specialized private strength training facility focused on powerlifting, strongman, Olympic lifting, and athletic performance. The goal is to create a high-level training environment that combines elite equipment, science-based programming, and a strong community atmosphere for athletes of all experience levels. 

As competitive strength athletes, The Strength Lab is passionate about bringing a unique training experience to the area, emphasizing proper coaching, performance, and long-term strength development.
