According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Deepa Krishnamurthy has been named partner at the Burlington-based retail real estate company. Krishnamurthy joined Linear Retail in 2004 as controller and was promoted to vice president - finance in 2007 and chief financial officer in 2010. As partner and CFO, she is responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting and human resource functions as well as a wide range of other corporate activities.
Krishnamurthy has 20 years of finance and accounting experience, mostly within the real estate and investment industry. Prior to joining Linear Retail, she served as portfolio controller for MacFarlane Urban Realty Company (MURC) in San Francisco, Calif.
