Krishnamurthy promoted to chief financial officer at Linear Retail Props.

According to William Beckeman, president and CEO of Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Deepa Krishnamurthy has been promoted to chief financial officer of the company. Krishnamurthy joined Linear Retail as controller in 2004 and was promoted to vice president in 2007. Prior to joining Linear Retail, Krishnamurthy served as portfolio controller for Macfarlane Urban Realty Company in San Francisco and as AVP and controller at Thornburg Mortgage, Inc. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Krishnamurthy holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Madras, India and a Masters degree in Finance from Bentley College.
