Manchester, NH KW Commercial completed the lease of 7,000 s/f of industrial/flex space at 880 Page St.  Dave Gambaccini represented the tenant and Doug Martin of Colliers International represented the landlord. 

This property is the new home for The Majestic Theatre, Ted Herbert Music School.  Karen Bessette of the Majestic Theatre said, “We anticipate this will be one of our final moves with a long lease in place.”

Rob Dionne said, “We expect to grow and hope to have the opportunity to expand to fill even more space here over time.”
