KW Commercial sells 6,566 s/f multifamily property for $1.4 million
A 6,566 s/f multifamily property located at 20-30 Power Rd. has sold for $1.4 million. The 24-unit brick property is near down city Providence.
Michael Alves of KW Commercial (The Elite Group) represented the sellers and buyers.
"This was an arm length transaction between a Massachusetts investor and a local investment company. This was a beneficial transaction for both parties. The transaction closed in 45 days according to Alves.
