Scarborough, ME Landry/French Construction, one of the Northeast’s leading construction management firms, is celebrating its 15th anniversary this month. Founded in 2010 by industry veterans Kevin French and Denis Landry, the company has become a nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned firm known for its integrity, innovation, and commitment to client success.

What began with a shared vision and a small team has evolved into a company of over 120 employees. Over the past 15 years, Landry/French has delivered projects across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, commercial, municipal, and housing — many of which have earned regional and national awards for excellence.

“Our success has always been rooted in people — our employees, our clients, and our partners,” said French, CEO. “This milestone is not just a reflection of the buildings we’ve constructed, but of the trust we’ve built along the way.”

Since its founding, Landry/French has:
• Been named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies three times;
• Named to Engineering News Record Top 400 Contractors nationally;
• Recognized as Mainebiz’s Business Leaders of the Year (2017);
• Recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for 10 consecutive years;
• Delivered high-profile projects like The Casco, Maine’s tallest building, and the Rock Row Health Campus;
• Expanded into the Southeast with the acquisition of Florida-based MH Williams Construction Group in 2024.

The company became 100% employee-owned in 2016, reinforcing its commitment to building a strong internal culture and shared future.

“As we look ahead, we remain focused on what’s always guided us — quality, collaboration, and doing right by our clients and our communities,” French added.

As Landry/French marks this milestone, the company remains focused on delivering exceptional projects, strengthening communities, and building lasting relationships.
