Landry/French Construction promotes Gagnon, Schab and Humphrey

Scarborough, ME Landry/French Construction promoted Matt Gagnon, Anna Schab, and Tyler Humphrey.

Gagnon has been promoted to project executive. With 25 years of experience in commercial construction, including 12 at Landry/French, Gagnon will provide overall team leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the client experience. He served as senior project manager on the new 200,000 s/f medical office building at the Rock Row Health Campus in Westbrook. Other notable work includes the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal renovations in Portland, Avesta Porter Station — a 60-unit apartment complex in Portland — and several historic renovation projects. Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from the University of Maine and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Schab has been promoted to project manager. With nearly a decade of industry experience and a background in healthcare construction, Schab served as assistant project manager on the new medical office building at Rock Row. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Humphrey has been promoted to assistant superintendent. In addition to his role on the medical office building project at Rock Row, Humphrey has worked on phase II of Hobson’s Landing in Portland. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Maine.
