Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 2,500 s/f at Staples Plaza

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial negotiated a long-term lease between Sally Beauty Supply, Inc. owners/operators of Cosmo Prof, tenant and Peter Johnson Building Supplies, Inc., owners/operators of the Staples Plaza. The new store is 2,500 s/f and Cosmo Prof will join other plaza tenants such as Pier 1, Staples, Sleepy's Mattress, Lindt Chocolate and Encore Books. After minor renovations by both the landlord and tenant, the new store will open in early 2012. Assisting Lang McLaughry was Lerner Real Estate Group, LLC, representing the tenant.
