Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 5,300 s/f at Rivermill Commercial Center
Dartmouth College, in collaboration with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, leased 5,300 s/f at the Rivermill Commercial Center for their intensive outpatient program for addiction.
The landlord, under the supervision of Keith Rondos, coordinated the space provided to the IOP program.
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, represented the landlord and assisted the tenant in the transaction.
