Langley to renovate fire-damaged Daniel Webster Office Park

According to Stephen Langley, president and owner of Langley Construction, the firm has been awarded the reconstruction of the Daniel Webster Office Park, owned by NorthEast Broadcasting. In January 2013, building A was destroyed by a three-alarm fire. Daniel Webster Office Park is located at 288 South River Rd., south of the Target and Lowes Shopping Complex. Langley Const. will provide a phased re-development plan that will include rebuilding a 7,000 s/f building and a reconstruction of building B that will consist of complete renovations, including a timber frame conference room, new windows, doors, standing seam metal roof and tenant fit-up for offices.
