Danielle Lape of King Real Estate closed over $3.5 million in sales and leases in 2008. Transactions included: 3,095 s/f for Revenue Enhancement Consultants in Portland; 2,200 s/f for The Dance Studio in York; 1,400 s/f for Portsmouth Community Radio in Portsmouth; 2,600 s/f for The Atom Group in Portsmouth; 2,000 s/f for M&K Auto in Saco; and 1,000 s/f for Inness Photo in Scarborough. Lape has been with King R.E. since 2006 and has negotiated over $7 million in total sales. She is licensed in Maine and is a member of MCAR, NAR and ICSC.
